July 6 marks the beginning of the holy month of Sawan. From this day the worship of Lord Shankar starts. The month of Sawan also marks the beginning of the Kavand Yatra in which devotees go on foot to offer water. It is said that this month, the person who worships Lord Shankar with all his heart fulfills all his wishes.
6 जुलाई से सावन के पवित्र महीने की शुरुआत होने वाली है। इस दिन से भगवान शंकर की पूजा-अर्चना शुरू हो जाती है। सावन के महीने में कावंड यात्रा की भी शुरुआत होती है जिसमें श्रद्धालु पैदल चलकर जल चढ़ाने जाते हैं। कहते है इस महीने जो व्यक्ति पूरे मन से भगवान शंकर की आराधना करता है उसकी सभी मनोकामनाएं पूरी होती है।
